cancellation policy 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow me 48 hours notice to try to fill the spot. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, I ask that you reschedule your appointment for asap OR you WILL be charged 50% of that service on the credit card you provided, before being able to have another service scheduled/performed. Please respect me & my time as I respect you & yours.

late policy 

Running behind? I get it, we’re all human. Please let me know asap if your running late. If your more than 20-30 minutes late for a treatment & i cannot take you, you will be charged 50% of that service on your credit card provided before being able to book again. This is to cover my time & supplies.
